Hiren's Boot CD is a boot CD containing various diagnostic programs such as partitioning agents and disk cloning, system performance measurement, recovery information, MBR tools, tools BIOS and many others to fix various problems of the PC. The same is a bootable CD, so it is useful even if the operating system can not be initialized. It has functionality similar utilities grouped in submenus and although some do the same work gives us possibilities to choose between different user interfaces.
