Visit Felix Barber aviary. The herbalist of Cuba
Last Sunday I was at Alpedrete (Madrid), at the home of Barbara Feix. Extremely friendly person, accompanied by his wife put us opened his home and offered us their hospitality. Within
had some amazing birds, colorful and force us dejarosn amazed me and my family. Unfortunately there was carrying my digital camera and I could not capture the moment. Watched a red-headed Capuchin incredible, perfectly prepared to go the competition, silver peaks, forbes, diamonds tricolor, Siskin of Venezuela, gould diamonds ... I shared with him a great time to talk about breeding, learning from his extensive experience with many species and enjoying the sight of these magnificent specimens are there in your aviary.
In memory of my visit I took a couple of herbalists of Cuba, birds with which Felix is \u200b\u200bnothing less than the title of world champion, won last year in Belgium, there is nothing!
The herbalist of Cuba is a very active bird, happy and bouncy. Constantly emits a warble tone that answer your peers, while a bird which is entrusted with the caregiver. After a few moments and watch it on most curiously, hoping to fill the feeder, change the water or put a piece of fresh fruit or vegetable. It is these species interact with their owners and enjoy their company, much like the canaries in Mozambique or the singers in this regard.
The male has a bright color, is constantly moving and emits a soft song that reminds a little serin but with a tone similar to insectivores that inhabit the banks of the creeks.
The female (header photo) has a softer color is the male version of pastel quieter character and dotted with cheerful chirping trills soft.
As Felix says the teacher, are hardy birds from disease, not too picky about their food, are well suited to the breeding cages but temper that makes playback not too easy task. I'll be publishing
progress in breeding this new species, new challenge and new experience which I hope to enjoy and share with the fans of these birds.

birthday Yesterday was my ex-mother favorite (that Lizard telling me) and I called to congratulate her, I was pleased to hear it, tell me how it goes in your grandmother's life, knowing that despite the time still mutual appreciation, I have you always hear her in my prayers was cute.
Is not it strange that my friendship with my ex-mother is the only thing left of that bad relationship?
